Job Overview
We’re looking for a motivated Investor Relations/Marketing Associate to join our dynamic investment management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate with 2–3 years of experience in credit, hedge funds, or another regulated environment to build their career in a collaborative and supportive setting.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain engaging marketing materials and presentations
- Contribute to Investor Reports, Fact Sheets, and DDQs
- Collaborate with compliance to ensure regulatory standards are met
- Support the investment team with portfolio analysis, research, and case studies
- Assist with investor communications, webinars, and ad-hoc requests
- Manage client information in the CRM and upload content to the website
- Prepare concise reports and meeting follow-ups for senior stakeholders
Requirements:
- 2–3 years’ experience in credit, hedge funds, or a regulated financial environment
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – advanced level preferred
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently
- Proactive, dependable, and able to meet deadlines consistently
- Positive, collaborative, and eager to learn
- Programming knowledge (SQL, Python, VBA) and Bloomberg skills are a plus
