Job Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Investor Relations/Marketing Associate to join our dynamic investment management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate with 2–3 years of experience in credit, hedge funds, or another regulated environment to build their career in a collaborative and supportive setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain engaging marketing materials and presentations
  • Contribute to Investor Reports, Fact Sheets, and DDQs
  • Collaborate with compliance to ensure regulatory standards are met
  • Support the investment team with portfolio analysis, research, and case studies
  • Assist with investor communications, webinars, and ad-hoc requests
  • Manage client information in the CRM and upload content to the website
  • Prepare concise reports and meeting follow-ups for senior stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in credit, hedge funds, or a regulated financial environment
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – advanced level preferred
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently
  • Proactive, dependable, and able to meet deadlines consistently
  • Positive, collaborative, and eager to learn
  • Programming knowledge (SQL, Python, VBA) and Bloomberg skills are a plus
