Responsibilities
- Support the Solutions Investment Specialists team in delivering the full range of investment collateral, making use of close proximity to the Solutions Portfolio Management, CPM and Sales teams.
- Work closely with Investment Specialists to create bespoke decks for custom mandates on behalf of the Solutions Portfolio Management and CPM teams.
- Manage the timely completion of RFPs and DDQs to the highest quality, coordinating responses with key stakeholders across the business and ensuring the latest fund research, analysis and messaging is incorporated.
- Establish and maintain deep and credible relationships with CPMs, Portfolio Management and key stakeholders across the business so as to ensure content is of the highest quality.
- Identify opportunities and initiate projects where Investment Specialists can add value for the portfolio manager, sales force and wider business.
- Translate complex investment ideas and data into a logical and visually engaging format.
- Participate in a variety of client‑focused projects.

- Proficient in understanding institutional/retail client expectations and requirements.
- Good organisational and time‑management skills.
