We are now working with a really successful investment banking advisory firm with a great technology M&A team. They advise companies across the broad range of software and technology companies.
The role will focus on:
- Active member of a very busy deal team
- Working on the execution of transactions including acquisitions, disposals and management buy-outs
- Financial modelling and analysis; deal structuring and valuations
- Working on the preparation and presentation of business plans, information memorandum and supporting financial information for other parties
The successful candidate will have a background as follows:
- Associates in mergers and acquisitions from a bank or advisory firm
- Experience of working in technology M&A deals
- Excellent deal sheet
This could be a great opportunity to springboard into a really positive team with a very active client base.
