The firm is one of UK7s leading private equity investment firms, managing and advising on more than USD 300million of assets under management. The firm is seeking to appoint a Junior Operations Analyst to support its daily financial operations.

Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced analyst to be a part of our Investment Division and support the financial reporting and NAV processes of our funds. Working as part of a small team, the role offers involvement with a community of investors and significant responsibility within a fast-growing fund and co-investment ecosystem. The role provides hands-on exposure to portfolio performance and the full post-investment lifecycle. We are looking for someone with experience in finance and accountancy, ideally within a private equity or family office environment, who shares our enthusiasm for supporting ambitious investors & growth-stage companies and thrives in a fast-paced, first-class work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain quarterly and monthly NAV calculations
• Update portfolio company valuations
• Track investments
• Assist with capital calls and distributions
• Support year-end fund audits
• Maintain investor portal and reporting datasets

General Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics or similar
• 1-3 years experience in finance or fund operations desirable
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Work permit for the UK
• Based in our London office

Remuneration

• £40,000 – £50,000 + benefits
