The predicted salary is between 20000 - 30000 € per year.

The successful candidate will be integrated into the Risk & Valuation Department, which is responsible for managing the valuation of financial instruments (mainly Private Debt), along with broad risk management including portfolio monitoring and analytics on private debt, private equity and real estate. You will be fully integrated within the team and in constant interaction with deal teams, being exposed to various alternative asset classes.

You will actively participate in the following tasks:

  • Preparation and monitoring of the underlying issuers' ratings.
  • Credit analysis and calculation of credit ratings of new investments in preparation of Private Debt Investment Committees.
  • Support in the preparation of the Private Debt monthly Watchlist Committees.
  • Analysis and monitoring of market risk, credit risk, equity risk and liquidity risk; preparation of alternative investments Risk Committees (such as Private Equity, Private Debt and Real Estate).
  • Implementation of stress tests; improvement of methodologies and tools for risk assessment.
  • Valuation of the Private Debt instruments.
  • Preparation of Valuation Committees for Private Debt and Private Equity.

Profile

You have achieved a Bachelor's or Masters degree in a tier one business school, engineering school or university with a specialization in corporate finance. You may have a first experience (internship/work experience) in corporate finance (audit firm, valuation of illiquid assets, M&A, transaction services, financing LBO / acquisition, private equity). You have solid knowledge of corporate finance. You master MS Office, especially Excel. You are rigorous, proactive and organized and can show curiosity and initiative. You have good oral and written communication skills. You are proficient in English (French is a bonus, but not required).
