Join to apply for the Insurance - CIO Advisory - Senior Manager role at Jobs via eFinancialCareers. Having done £35m in the UK across insurance in 2024-5, £120+ globally, this up and coming consulting brand is at an exciting point in its development and is offering a Senior Manager candidate the chance to lead on key projects and grow and develop with the company.
The Head of this business segment started as a Manager in the team 8 years ago, a testament to the meritocratic and flat structure here, very different to other corporates. Our client is a technology consulting powerhouse, with over 5000 consultants globally and a reputation for exceptional technology consulting delivery. They are famous for delivering a mix of advisory and delivery style engagements across the CIO landscape – their biggest areas of expertise are cyber, cloud and digital transformation.
Insurance has seen big growth lately and this senior hire will have access to many tier 1 client accounts. With a global model, the firm is on many insurance PSLs already; in the UK they have accounts across AXA, Aviva, L&G, Phoenix and QBE to name a few. One example is an account that did £15m last year with a large cloud transformation engagement, IT Operating model redesign, cost model work and automation key themes.
We are looking for:
- Excellent delivery track record at insurance companies across the CIO and technology landscape
- Motivated consultants looking for leadership roles and to grow with a company
- Humility and ability to work in a ‘flat structure’ style – this is very different to the Big 4
- Agility to work on different projects, whether more strategic or more ‘delivery’
- 2-3 days in London per week – this would likely not suit someone who cannot be physically in London each week
- Personality, professionalism and energy; this is a growth area for the business led by an inspiring leader
Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
Employment type: Full-time
Job function: Information Technology
City Of London, England, United Kingdom £180,000.00-£180,000.00
