Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis on the results of index rebalances to ensure accuracy and quality of changes.
- Conduct eligibility checks on equities potentially entering FTSE Russell indices.
- Demonstrate good communication skills and articulate the effects and impact of index rebalance/reviews on end clients through timely investigation and resolution of any queries.
- Raise issues/concerns to the line manager and report exceptions in a timely manner and recommend process improvements to enhance quality, productivity, and client service.
- Strive to constantly improve skills through training and development opportunities.
- Support onboarding of new business and methodology updates to the team through precise and accurate documentation.
- Foster partnership and collaboration across teams by encouraging interaction and providing assistance to others when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Understanding of investment management and portfolio construction across asset classes.
- Knowledge of performance measurement and portfolio analysis concepts.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excel proficiency as well as experience with a structured programming language such as VBA or SQL.
- Pre‑requisite qualifications, or MBA in finance, financial engineering, economics, or statistics.
