Role
The successful candidate will take ownership of recruitment across a range of front‑office functions, with a particular focus on broking and revenue‑generating roles. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting and engaging high‑calibre professionals within equity derivatives, fixed‑income and related financial markets sectors. Working closely with senior management, you will play a key role in building talent pipelines, developing market intelligence and supporting the firm’s expansion across London and Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify and engage high‑quality candidates across equity derivatives and fixed‑income markets.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across London, Dubai and other strategic markets.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial approach through to offer and onboarding.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis across interdealer brokers, boutique brokerages and financial‑markets firms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with passive candidates and industry contacts.
- Partner with senior leadership to define hiring priorities and recruitment strategy.
- Support the firm’s international‑growth plans through targeted talent acquisition initiatives.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reporting.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in financial services recruitment, either agency or in‑house.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, sales & trading, interdealer broking or capital‑markets recruitment.
- Demonstrable track record of sourcing and placing front‑office professionals.
- Previous experience recruiting brokers, sales traders or other front‑office professionals is highly desirable.
- Experience recruiting internationally.
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and attract high‑performing talent.
- Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced and entrepreneurial environment.
- Candidates currently working within financial services search firms, specialist broking recruitment boutiques or capital‑markets recruitment businesses are particularly encouraged to apply.
