Job Title: Head of Learning & Development (Commercial Sales L&D)
Location: UK | Europe & Middle East (occasional travel required)
Reports To: Chief People Officer / Chief Commercial Officer

Role Overview: We seek an experienced Head of L&D to establish and lead the sales training function across the emagine group. This strategic role involves designing and implementing a solution-oriented sales philosophy across multiple sales teams in staffing, managed services, advisory, and training, via near and off-shoring delivery models. The candidate will build relationships with country managers, develop tailored sales training content, and lead the setup of the L&D function, working closely with stakeholders to deliver a comprehensive L&D framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- L&D Strategy & Framework Development: Develop and implement the overall L&D strategy aligned with business objectives; build a comprehensive sales training framework; drive learning operations with measurable KPIs and continuous improvement.
- Training Content Development & Delivery: Design tailored training content, lead delivery via workshops, webinars, and online platforms; evaluate training effectiveness and adjust as needed.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with country managers and stakeholders; understand local market needs; manage expectations and communication.
- Team Management & Development: Hire and manage L&D specialists; mentor and coach team members; ensure cultural and organizational alignment.
- Competencies & Best Practices: Incorporate modern L&D techniques; stay updated on industry trends; collaborate with leadership to track training success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (8+ years) in senior L&D roles within global, fast-paced sales organizations; experience managing across regions (Europe, Middle East); background in staffing or consultancy; expertise in solution-based sales training.
- Technical skills in instructional design, LMS, digital learning tools, blended learning, e-learning content, and performance tracking.
- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging senior leaders; experience managing high-performing teams; ability to drive organizational change through L&D.
