My leading Banking client is looking for a talented and motivated individual to manage the Client Onboarding team across the UK and Europe. You will provide management for the running of the Client Onboarding department, requiring AML and/or KYC expertise, strong decision making, risk awareness, and management capability. The role has complete leadership responsibility for hiring and development, resource management and product expertise for the Client Onboarding function.
Key skills / experience:
- Strong Client Onboarding background
- Previous lead and managed teams
- Expert understanding of KYC and/or AML
- Previously worked for an Investment or Corporate Bank
- Excellent communication skills
Salary: Excellent + bonus + package
