What You Are Expected to Do
We are seeking a highly organised, focused and proactive Team Administrator to support our growing, extremely busy team. The ideal candidate will manage a wide range of administrative tasks, including handling complex expenses, invoices, travel arrangements, coordinating meetings and roadshows for large or complex groups, and maintaining Salesforce data. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, robust communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Manage and process a high volume of team expenses and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations and itineraries.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, roadshows, and events for small and large groups, including managing complex schedules and logistics.
- Maintain and update Salesforce records, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
- Support the Distribution team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
- Assist with ad‑hoc projects and assignments as required.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
What You Will Bring
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, team administrator or similar role.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to manage complex schedules and multi‑person meetings across time zones.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong experience in handling expenses, invoices, complex travel arrangements and supporting roadshows.
- Essential ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
