We are partnering with a Tier 1 Market Maker seeking a Trading & Execution Analyst to support its expanding trading operations. The role offers significant exposure to front office activity and a collaborative environment across trading, technology, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end trade lifecycle including booking, reconciliation, and P&L analysis
- Partner closely with sales and trading teams to assist with execution, risk monitoring, and trade flow management
- Identify and resolve risk breaks and discrepancies across systems
- Assist in the development and rollout of new trading capabilities and desk functionality
- Drive automation initiatives to streamline operational workflows and reduce risk
- Collaborate with technology teams on system enhancements, testing, and releases
- Work cross-functionally with compliance, operations, and business management teams
- Respond to ad hoc queries related to trading activity, reporting, and processes
Requirements
- Strong experience across Rates, Fixed Income, or Credit products
- Solid understanding of linear rates instruments preferred
- Prior experience working in a trading, risk, or execution-focused role
- Comfortable working with trading platforms and technology systems
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, front-office aligned environment
