This is an opportunity for an Execution Trader to focus on growing our Futures business in EMEA. Based in London, you will be covering regional clients offering Multi Asset Futures and Options Sales/Trading. You will be part of our global client franchise, developing Macquarie\'s \'follow-the-sun\' coverage model and taking responsibility for origination and coverage of a top tier and diverse client base (across Asset Managers, Pensions and Insurance, Corporates and Banks). Promoting the franchise and meeting with/engaging key targets and maximizing revenue opportunities will be critical, as will upholding best practice with ethics and risk management. You will ensure business targets are achieved and appropriate goals, budgets and limits and controls are in place. Promoting Low Touch execution you will leverage local resource and industry contacts to promote Macquarie\'s futures execution capabilities as we implement an optimal DEA/ Algo-strategy. What you offer Knowledge of the global derivatives industry (cross-asset class) A demonstrably successful track record of growing and maintaining an institutional book of business and an ability to maximize cross-sell opportunities within a common client base. A track record of identifying value-added execution strategies for Commodities focused clients will be extremely useful. Minimum 3 years in a revenue generating role. Commodities expertise desirable.
