Role overviewWe have partnered with a highly respected, fast‑growing agency brokerage specializing in interest rate derivatives to hire an Execution Trader (1‑5 years\' experience) specializing in IR Derivatives (Futures & Options). This London‑based, hybrid role focuses on executing listed interest rate futures and options across global exchanges, with an emphasis on G3 markets. The position operates primarily on New York trading hours, and candidates must cover U.S. shifts – typically several evenings per week or on a rotating basis. The role offers significant exposure to top‑tier hedge‑fund clients, cutting‑edge execution technology, and a defined pathway to senior roles.
Key responsibilities- Execute listed interest rate products – futures and options – across major global exchanges and liquidity venues.
- Handle complex order types such as spreads, strips, and multi‑leg option structures.

- Execute across both exchange and OTC channels, leveraging crossing, blocking, and hybrid execution models.
