Meraki Talent has been exclusively retained by Noble & Co to appoint a Corporate Finance Associate as part of the firm’s continued growth. This is a hands-on execution role within a lean, high-calibre team advising on mid-market M&A and equity fundraising mandates. Typical deal sizes are in the high tens of millions to hundreds of millions of pounds. The firm competes on judgement, pace and delivery against significantly larger advisory platforms. This is not a process-heavy environment; it is a delivery-led one.

Role

You will work directly with senior leadership and take responsibility for running transactions day-to-day across the whole process to completion. Judgement, ownership and execution discipline are critical. You will be trusted to deliver outcomes, not just produce materials.

Responsibilities

  • Run M&A and equity fundraising mandates
  • Manage full transaction processes post-origination
  • Act as a client-facing representative
  • Coordinate advisers, investors and counterparties
  • Support originators with pitches and new mandate development
  • Mentor, train and set standards for junior team members

Who the role suits you

  • Have strong M&A and fundraising execution experience
  • Have closed transactions in the £50m-£100m+ range
  • Be comfortable operating in a lean, accountable environment
  • Can engage directly with CEOs, founders and investors

What’s on Offer

  • Genuine autonomy and responsibility
  • Direct exposure to decision-makers
  • High-quality deal flow
  • A platform where contribution is visible
  • Minimal bureaucracy

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to build credibility, not simply rotate through roles. All applications and enquiries relating to this role will be managed directly by Dean Gorrie at Meraki Talent.
