Meraki Talent has been exclusively retained by Noble & Co to appoint a Corporate Finance Associate as part of the firm’s continued growth. This is a hands-on execution role within a lean, high-calibre team advising on mid-market M&A and equity fundraising mandates. Typical deal sizes are in the high tens of millions to hundreds of millions of pounds. The firm competes on judgement, pace and delivery against significantly larger advisory platforms. This is not a process-heavy environment; it is a delivery-led one.
Role
You will work directly with senior leadership and take responsibility for running transactions day-to-day across the whole process to completion. Judgement, ownership and execution discipline are critical. You will be trusted to deliver outcomes, not just produce materials.
