What the job involves
- Conducting private debt manager selection projects, from initial screening, the due-diligence process and ultimately recommendations to clients.
- Manage and prioritise the research agenda across private debt and its sub-asset classes.
- Improve the analytical and monitoring processes of the firm.
- Train relationship managers and support in the full client onboarding process.
