Director, European FIG M&A (European investment bank)

A large European investment bank is hiring a Director (or experienced VP) into their FIG investment banking team in London.

You will be an experienced FIG professional working in a well-regarded FIG M&A group (or from a prominent FIG corporate) and will have accrued excellent FIG credentials over the last 8+ years.

As a Director (or Senior VP), your initial focus will be execution but this will of course evolve increasingly into origination in due course.

Their coverage encompasses all FIG subsectors and they are open-minded about what specific coverage (subsector and geographic) an individual brings. FIG experience across the UK, Iberian, Italy, CEE, Northern Europe is likely to be of most interest.

Responsibilities will centre on:

  • You will be responsible for driving and managing live transactions and begin to develop strategic ideas for clients and increasingly originate, but the key initial focus centres on deal execution.
