This is a rare opportunity to work on mission‑critical, low‑latency systems that power a world‑class quantitative trading platform. In this role, you'll work on technically complex challenges, help evolve cutting‑edge infrastructure, and contribute directly to the reliability and performance of high‑throughput trading systems. You'll collaborate across operations, hardware engineering, and development teams to shape automation, tooling, and workflows that support rapid scaling and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation for building, testing and deploying trading platforms.
- Enhance CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling to improve developer experience and operational reliability.
- Partner with operations teams to identify inefficiencies and address them through automation and process optimisation.
- Work closely with hardware engineering teams to improve build, test and integration workflows.
- Troubleshoot production and development environment issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal systems, tooling and infrastructure practices.
Key Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and Bash.
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred).
- Hands‑on knowledge of configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible).
- Solid grounding in networking fundamentals (routing, multicast, VLANs, Ethernet).
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver solutions with high autonomy.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with C++ and SQL (preferred).
