We’re looking for a Creative WebGL Developer to help shape and build immersive, high‑end interactive experiences for global campaign work in the travel and tourism space. This is a craft‑led role for a developer who cares as much about visual quality, motion and storytelling as they do about clean, performant code. You’ll be taking beautifully designed concepts and bringing them to life through real‑time 3D and interaction‑rich web experiences. You’ll work closely with producers and designers to deliver standout digital work, the kind that blends design, animation and engineering into one seamless experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building immersive WebGL experiences using Three.js/React Three Fiber
- Translating creative concepts and Figma designs into production‑ready builds
- Designing and developing scroll‑driven narratives and interactive storytelling systems
- Working with GSAP (incl. ScrollTrigger) to bring motion and transitions to life
- Integrating and optimising 3D assets
- Crafting smooth, performant experiences across desktop and mobile
- Owning end‑to‑end delivery on individual campaign builds as the sole developer
