A prestigious West end-based Asset Manager seeks a Client Reporting Associate.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

This is an excellent opportunity for a University Graduate who has gained some client reporting related experience as an intern in a similar role, or someone with 6 months to 1 year experience in a client reporting role for an Investment/Asset manager.

JOB FUNCTION

Help drive trade settlement activity, client reporting production processes as well as direct involvement with client teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting client teams in managing relationships and ensuring efficient, accurate and risk-free operations processes.
  • Prepare and review performance reports, accurately and on time as part of the annual reporting cycle. Reports include monthly flashes and quarterly client performance statements, annual client tax reports, client invoice calculations in line with client fee agreements, annual costs & charges reports and additional bespoke and ad hoc reports to support client meeting materials.
  • Investigate reporting errors or issues as identified by the internal system’s automated checks, data validations or by other reviewers.
  • Evaluate and input client trade confirm information.
  • Proactively monitor trade settlements across investments including mutual funds, daily dealing funds, hedge funds, private equity and cash.
  • Liaise with custodians, brokers and other third-party service providers to query discrepancies.
  • Support process enhancements and team projects under the direction of Senior Associates/Principals.
  • Responsible for ensuring all information security processes, policies and procedures are adhered to and any issues or concerns are raised with the Cyber Security team.
  • Ensure full compliance with all local data protection regulations and privacy controls.
