About The Role

- Contract type: Permanent, Full time, 35 hours per week.
Role purpose
The Business Establishment Manager (BEM) holds a key function for the new self-employed Adviser to QFA. In their first year with the National business the BEM will act as their line manager, business coach, and role model to prepare them for integration into the regional team structure. Getting advisers productive in that period is key to an adviser thriving with Quilter by building a strong business. The BEM will carry out many functions that the current Regional Directors have, but on a more intensive basis with a smaller span of control. The role holder will lead by example, demonstrate, then coach an adviser through the key elements to create the foundations needed. The BEM will meet regularly with advisers, provide hands-on support including demonstrations, observing client meetings, and coaching the skills advisers need to succeed. The role is field-based with travel in the field and occasional overnights due to geography.

You are a natural negotiator and leader, known for creative problem-solving and resolving conflicts. As a mentor and coach, you will guide our team of advisers to success, inspiring and empowering them to reach their full potential. You are results-oriented and continuously seek improvement, with the confidence to lead and manage change effectively. If you have experience in this field, hold a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning Advice, and value credibility, professionalism, and personal integrity, we welcome you to apply.
