Join the Business Transformation team at a leading UK banking client to drive strategic change, process improvement, and technology enablement. 12-month FTC working on high-impact transformation initiatives across lending, savings, and commercial finance operations.

What You'll Do

  • Gather and document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications
  • Bridge business needs and technical solutions across stakeholder groups
  • Support UAT, defect triage, and end-to-end project delivery
  • Liaise between business users, architects, developers, and third-party suppliers
  • Apply data analysis techniques to support business scenarios and reporting
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to identify dependencies and share best practices
  • Manage vendor relationships and drive quality analysis deliverables
