Overview Morgan McKinley is partnering with an award winning Financial Services business based in Bristol, to recruit a Financial Risk Senior Manager. This is a key and high profile role within the organisation, which will have oversight of prudential documents (including ICAAP, ILAAP, Recovery & Resolution Plans and Solvent Exit Analysis), plus Financial regulatory reporting and Primary risks relating to Strategy, Reputation Market and Liquidity risks.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and challenge to the 1st Line Support review and improvement of the design and content of 2nd Line reporting for enterprise and financial risks.
  • Support risk monitoring and reporting, including on enterprise risk management.
  • Analysis of key risk indicators to provide commentary and insight to management.
  • Support UK and Group reporting requirements in relation to enterprise and financial risk.
  • Maintain and develop financial risk frameworks.
  • Oversight of ILAAP, ICAAP and Recovery & Resolution Plans.
  • Oversight of enterprise-wide and prudential risks, including financial regulatory reporting and key prudential documents.
  • Support in the analysis of emerging or changing regulations relating to prudential risk matters.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess significant experience within the prudential / enterprise / financial risk management field and / or appropriate regulatory or audit experience. You will need sound knowledge of risk management tools and processes, regulations and best practice, and will be used to dealing with the regulations and PRA rule book, and able to partner, challenge and support the 1st Line of Defence.

Location & Culture:
