The Role
This is a commercially focused position with significant exposure to senior stakeholders. You will play a key role in supporting business performance through high‑quality analysis, insight, and business partnering, while helping to embed a stronger commercial mindset across the organisation.
- Supporting FP&A and commercial finance activities across the group
- Delivering insightful analysis to drive business performance and decision‑making
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to influence and provide constructive challenge
- Coaching and supporting non‑finance stakeholders to improve commercial understanding
- Contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes
- Operating within a complex, multi‑entity structure, gaining exposure to group‑level dynamics
About You
We are looking for a high‑calibre finance professional with a strong foundation in both technical accounting and commercial finance, who is ready to take on a broader, more impactful role.
- Ideally ACA qualified, trained within a Big Four firm; ACCA/CIMA will also be reviewed
- Experience across multiple industry roles within FP&A and/or commercial finance
- Strong analytical capability combined with commercial acumen
- Confidence to engage with and constructively challenge stakeholders
- Experience working in complex, multi‑entity or international environments
- Ambition to operate in a PE‑backed, fast‑paced setting
