We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Sanctions Quality Assurance (QA) and Control Tester to join our Sanctions Operations QA team. This role is located in Manchester, hybrid working.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Conduct QA reviews of sanctions operations L1 and L2 alert dispositions for static and transactional sanctions hits.
- Document and report any defects or issues discovered during the review process, providing clear descriptions and relevant details and support for each defect or issue.
- Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
- At least 3 years of financial crime-related alert review experience (with a preference for sanctions alerts) or testing/QA experience.
- Strong understanding of fundamental test/QA processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to self-manage workload and goals independently in a fast-paced and deadline-driven organization.
