Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of acquisition, disposition, and asset-level investment strategies across industrial/logistics assets
  • Build and maintain financial models (cash flow, DCF, development and scenario analysis)
  • Conduct market research, valuation analysis, and underwriting to support investment decisions
  • Assist in the preparation of investment committee materials and presentations
  • Coordinate due diligence processes (legal, tax, technical, ESG) with internal teams and external advisors
  • Monitor portfolio performance and support asset management initiatives
  • Develop relationships with brokers, operating partners, and other market participants

Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years' experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, advisory, or a top-tier consultancy with real estate exposure
  • Strong experience in financial modelling and real estate underwriting
  • Solid understanding of industrial/logistics real estate markets
  • Excellent academic background (Finance, Real Estate, Economics or related discipline)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment
