The Role

As an Associate, you will play a key role in the execution of M&A transactions and support senior bankers in origination efforts. You will work closely with clients, developing strategic insights and delivering best-in-class financial analysis.

  • Leading financial modelling and valuation analysis (DCF, trading comps, transaction comps, LBO)
  • Supporting the execution of M&A mandates from start to completion
  • Preparing client presentations, pitch materials, and marketing documentation
  • Conducting industry and company research, particularly across consumer & retail sectors
  • Coordinating due diligence processes and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Mentoring and overseeing Analysts

Candidate Profile

We are specifically targeting candidates who are currently working as Investment Banking Associates at a bulge bracket or elite boutique.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in M&A execution within a leading investment bank
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skillset
  • Excellent academic background
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and client-facing capability

Sector experience in Consumer & Retail is advantageous but not required. We are open to candidates from other sector teams with strong M&A credentials and an interest in the space.
