A leading global financial services firm is seeking an experienced Agile IT Project Manager to join its infrastructure and technology lifecycle team on a 12-month PAYE contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on enterprise-level projects within a dynamic and globally integrated environment
About the Role:
You\βll join a high-performing technology function that supports core IT infrastructure services and project delivery across the firm. The focus of the role is on lifecycle management β driving the timely decommissioning of end-of-life (EOL) technologies, maintaining asset inventories, and improving data quality and governance across global teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage EOL lifecycle projects across infrastructure teams and business units
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional project activities
- Track and maintain infrastructure inventory and contract data using firm-wide tools
- Identify and resolve data quality issues
- Report on EOL progress, risks, and remediation plans
- Contribute to the development and documentation of standard processes
What We\βre Looking For:
- Proven experience delivering Agile IT infrastructure projects
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination capabilities
- High attention to detail with a methodical, structured approach
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with tools like JIRA
- Ability to influence without direct authority and work across time zones
Desirable:
- Experience with Agile/Lean delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Background in IT asset management or infrastructure lifecycle initiatives
