A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Accounts Payable / Procurement Administrator to join a highly professional and friendly team based in beautiful Mayfair offices. This is a varied role combining finance administration, procurement coordination, and general office support within a collaborative London office environment.
Key responsibilities
- Processing supplier invoices and raising approvals via the Probatus platform
- Requesting POs and coordinating payments with internal teams
- Bank statement reconciliations and expense processing
- Credit control and chasing outstanding invoices
- Maintaining invoicing trackers and bookkeeping records
- Liaising with banks, auditors, payroll and tax advisers
- Ordering office supplies and arranging couriers
- Supporting with general office administration and ad hoc duties
Ideal candidate
- Previous Accounts Payable / finance administration experience
- Strong numeracy and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, reliable and hands-on approach
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
