Our client is a global asset manager. They are seeking an immediately available Junior Business Analyst on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. The role holder will own the delivery of a priority vendor implementation, while also supporting broader operational initiatives as they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Problem Solving
- Analyse current processes, identify pain points, and gather business requirements related to document management and operational workflows.
- Translate findings into clear, actionable requirements and practical solutions.
- Project Delivery & Vendor Collaboration
- Act as a key point of contact for an external vendor during system implementation.
- Support solution design, configuration, and delivery.
- Lead requirements discussions, challenge assumptions, and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Process Improvement & Operational Effectiveness
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
- Simplify workflows and enhance data and document management practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Change Support
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Technology, and wider business teams.
- Manage expectations and support change adoption through clear communication and structured rollout approaches.
The successful candidate will be immediately available, possess a background in business analysis or project management, proven ability to contribute to project delivery and process improvement initiatives; strong stakeholder management and communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Working knowledge of supporting system or process implementation projects is advantageous. Financial services experience is useful but not essential.
