Interpath Advisory is excited to offer a 12-month FTC opportunity for a Graduate Associate within our Corporate Development team. This role is ideal for recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic advisory within a dynamic and fast-growing advisory firm. As a Graduate Associate in Corporate Development, you will work closely with senior team members conducting financial analysis, market research, and the preparation of strategic materials that support Interpath's inorganic growth initiatives. You will work closely with seasoned professionals, gaining exposure to various aspects of deal execution and corporate strategy.

What you will do

  • Support the team in conducting financial analysis, valuation, and market research.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, pitch books, and transaction documentation.
  • Contribute to due diligence and deal execution processes.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their objectives and assist in delivering tailored corporate development solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with interdepartmental teams to facilitate seamless transaction workflows.

Requirements

  • A minimum 2:1 university degree, preferably in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related discipline.
