Job Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support enterprise initiatives in the healthcare payor domain, specifically within Medicare and/or Medicaid. This role involves scope documentation, feature analysis, roadmap management, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with analytical tools and the ability to interpret legal contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities: Scope and Feature Analysis: Document full project scope and collaborate with Solution Architects to assess individual and cross-functional impacts. Confirm timelines and completion dates, ensuring alignment with Product Teams. Reconcile features against defined scope, assign release/PI dates, and review for cross-functional impacts. Roadmap and Progress Management: Develop and maintain vertical roadmaps reflecting current priorities and sequencing. Track changes and progress in Jira Align and Azure DevOps (ADO), and communicate updates to project teams, leadership, business partners, and state regulators. Collaboration and Coordination: Partner with Technology Solutions resources and Product Teams to ensure alignment and capture cross-functional requirements. Coordinate vertical sequencing across horizontal teams. Required Qualifications: Strong analytical skills with experience using Jira Align, ADO, SmartSheets, and advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUPs, dashboards). Understanding of the healthcare payor domain, specifically Medicare and/or Medicaid. Ability to interpret and apply legal contractual requirements. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience working in cross-functional teams and Agile environments. Education: Bachelors Degree
