Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct Punch Carpenters and Laborers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with building officials and inspectors; coordinate inspections and testing.
- Identify project risks and advise the Project Superintendent on issues related to safety, subcontractors, site conditions, scheduling, change orders, and documentation.
- Monitor work of trades and laborers, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Notify the Project Superintendent of non-performing subcontractors.
- Prepare punch lists and oversee their completion before inspections and acceptance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in multi-family construction industry.
