What you'll do
- Lead and develop the investor services team
- Oversee investor onboarding, including KYC and AML checks
- Manage subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and investor records
- Respond to investor queries and escalations with clarity and care
- Prepare and review investor reporting and statements
- Work with fund administrators, compliance and finance teams
- Improve processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
What you'll bring
- Experience in investor services, client services, fund administration or transfer agency
- Experience supervising or managing a team, or ready to step up
- Knowledge of KYC/AML procedures and the regulated financial services environment
- Strong attention to detail, with confident written and verbal communication
- Good Excel and IT skills; experience xgikmsk of investor or CRM systems is helpful
- Desirable: relevant qualifications such as IMC, or experience in fund type, e.g. private equity, property or hedge funds
