What you'll do
Lead and develop the investor services team
Oversee investor onboarding, including KYC and AML checks
Manage subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and investor records
Respond to investor queries and escalations with clarity and care
Prepare and review investor reporting and statements
Work with fund administrators, compliance and finance teams
Improve processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
