The Role
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be one of the key points of contact for our customers. You will respond to enquiries, understand individual needs and provide helpful, accurate and timely support.
- Handling incoming customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Listening carefully to customers and understanding their individual needs
- Resolving queries and providing clear, accurate information
- Keeping customer records and account details up to date
- Following up on enquiries where necessary
- Working closely with colleagues to resolve customer issues
- Representing the company in a friendly and professional manner What We're Looking For We are looking for people who enjoy working with customers and take pride in delivering a high standard of service. The successful candidates will have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A friendly, patient and customer-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Confidence using computer systems and managing customer information
- Previous customer service xgikmsk experience, preferably in a similar role
- Experience providing technical or product support would be an advantage
