Account Executive in Slough

You will own the full new-business sales cycle in the enterprise market, from identifying and engaging target accounts through to closing complex, high-value deals. This is a true hunting role, building pipeline and relationships with senior decision-makers. Key Responsibilities Identify, target and win new enterprise customers across the UKI region Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking and partner introductions Develop account plans and map stakeholders, including senior and C-level contacts Lead consultative sales conversations, demonstrations and presentations Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including negotiation of pricing, contracts and terms Work with pre-sales, marketing, customer success and legal colleagues to progress opportunities Forecast accurately and keep the CRM (e.g. Salesforce) up to date Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets Represent the company at customer meetings, events and industry forums You must have: Proven track record of enterprise new-business sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding quota Experience selling complex solutions to large organisations with long sales cycles Strong prospecting and outbound skills, comfortable generating your own pipeline Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce and structured sales methodologies Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven Desirable: Existing relationships or experience in the UKI enterprise market Experience in Account Executive
