- We are looking for a capable and experienced
Financial Services Administrator to become part of our team in Horsham.
This is a great opportunity for anadministrator who already has experience within financial services and islooking for a role where they can become an integral part of a friendly, established team.
You will work closely with our advisers, helping them manage client cases from start to finish.
Your role will involvepreparing client documentation, dealing with providers and platforms, keepingcases moving and making sure everything is completed accurately andefficiently.
Your Day-to-Day Role
Your responsibilities will include
- Producingclient documentation and suitability correspondence for a variety ofpension and investment requirements.
- Assistingwith pension contributions, withdrawals, new pension plans and investmentbusiness.
- Handlingnew business submissions and ensuring applications are completed correctlybefore being sent to providers.
- Communicatingwith clients, pension companies, investment platforms and other thirdparties to obtain information and resolve queries.
- Keepingclient files, records and internal systems properly maintained.
- Helpingadvisers prepare for client appointments and completing the necessaryfollow-up administration afterwards.
- Carryingout appropriate checks to ensure files and documentation meet regulatoryand company requirements.
- Keepingtrack of outstanding business and chasing providers or third parties whererequired.
- Ensuringcases are progressed promptly and that advisers are kept informed of anyoutstanding actions.
- Providinggeneral administrative assistance to the wider team when needed.
Experience& Knowledge
To be successful in this position, you shouldhave previous experience working in a financial services or financialplanning environment .
A good understanding of pensions andinvestments is important, along with experience of producing client-facingdocumentation.

- Experienceworking within an IFA, wealth management or financial planning business.
- Asolid understanding of pension and investment administration.
- Previousexperience preparing suitability letters or reports.
- Anawareness of FCA requirements and the importance of maintaining compliantclient files.
- Strongwritten English and the ability to produce clear, accurate documentation.
- Goodtime-management skills and the ability to organise your workloadeffectively.
