Uncapped commission
When you think of a sports nutrition brand, you probably won’t think of this one. Yet. Although they do already have a UK presence with 3 core distributors and ecomms channel, there is much, much more to come. Your role as a Territory Sales Manager will be to support their UK growth plans. And with only one set of boots on the ground so far, this is your opportunity to make a BIG impact.
Make no mistake, you’re not working for a tiny new brand here. This business is huge internationally with world class manufacturing and production facilities and products sold in fitness establishments in over 100 countries to date. So there’s plenty of backing and support available to you. Oh and you’ll get to travel to far flung shores for expos and to attend their head office and research centre. Nice.
You’ll be looking after the South, ideally located in London or the Home Counties. We want a driven, tenacious individual to help continue to grow the brands across all relevant channels.
You’ll be doing this:
- Building & developing relationships with decision makers across key routes to market to ensure customers and consumer needs are met.
- Maximising brand awareness and communicating new product opportunities.
- Acting as a brand ambassador.
- Working closely with marketing to implement physical and digital marketing materials.
And you’ll need this:
- Some experience in a commercial sales setting; previous territory management experience is desirable!
- A passion for sports and knowledge of sports nutrition and supplements.
- Thrive on a high pace and quick decisions.
- You are socially skilled and humble towards both customers and colleagues.
