A fast-growing digital brand in the entertainment and media space is seeking a Social Media Manager & Producer to lead the creation, execution, and management of content across Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Threads, and YouTube (including Shorts). This role is suited to someone who combines creative production skills with strategic thinking - someone confident creating content end-to-end and managing an active and engaged online presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with a Social Media Strategist to design and implement monthly content strategies aligned with brand priorities
  • Plan, manage, and maintain a comprehensive content calendar
  • Independently produce, film, and edit high-quality video content using both professional and mobile equipment
  • Lead the execution of social media campaigns, product launches, and event-related content
  • Ensure all content is optimised for each platform’s best practices
  • Design and edit visual content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or CapCut
  • Monitor social media budgets and track relevant expenses
  • Support community engagement through comment moderation and platform-specific tools such as YouTube Memberships
  • Stay up to date with cultural and platform trends to create timely, relevant content

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in social media management & content creation
  • Proven track record developing and executing multi-platform content strategies
  • Strong experience with video production, both professional and mobile-based
