Talent Hub are managing a brand-new Social Media Manager position for an evolving, vibrant Retail Brand who are in the next stage of their new journey. Working into the Head of Communications and PR the Social Media Manager will be responsible for strategy and delivery.
We are looking for a creative and commercial social media specialist with experience of elevating a large following and community whilst driving brand engagement, with a global reach.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own Social Media strategic direction, aligned to brand and business goals.
- Create compelling content for social media platforms aligned with brand voice and messaging.
- Own the content calendar, including planning and scheduling posts across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Manage Community engagement, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers, fostering positive interactions and building relationships.
- Track key social media metrics like impressions, engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion rates to measure campaign success and inform future strategies.
- Work with the Brand Marketing team on social-first campaigns, including influencer marketing and paid social.
- Stay informed about emerging social media trends and incorporate them into the strategy and lead reputation management.
- Work with cross-functional teams on content creation, calendar and campaign alignment, and Global strategy.
What you will need for this Social Media Manager job:
- Previous success in a Social Media Manager position with the retail or beauty space where you’ve had success in fostering community and driving brand love.
- Experience of owning social media within a large organisation with a global reach – ideal but not essential!
- Experienced in agency management, as well as working with influencers and on paid social collaborations.
- Have excellent organisation and project management skills.
