ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Social Media Management:
  • Strategic Distribution: Effectively distribute content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn to showcase our brand, products, and partnerships.
  • Calendar Planning: Develop and implement content calendars aligned with campaigns, launches, partnerships, and seasonal themes.
  • Brand Voice: Maintain consistency in our brand tone across all platforms, communicating our mission and vision.
  • Performance Analysis: Use social media tools to track metrics like engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions to optimize strategies.
  • Innovation & Development: Stay updated on social media trends and collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content ideas.
  • Community Engagement:
    • Engagement: Respond to comments and messages, and promote user-generated content to foster community and advocacy.
    • Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with influencers, partners, and community members to enhance engagement and loyalty.
    • Community Events & Social Content Management: Amplify our presence at branded, partner, and internal events through social channels.

    ABOUT YOU

    • 4+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or sports sectors.
    • Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and growth strategies.
    • Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
    • Creative with a passion for sustainability, sports, and visual storytelling.
    • Highly organized with strong project management skills, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
    • Interest or knowledge in AI-driven content creation is a bonus; training will be provided.
