Product Manager

Are you a Senior Product Manager with experience developing IoT Connectivity Management Platforms? You will have 4G / LTE / 5G networks and/or SIM / eSIM / ISIM technology experience and IoT products in relation to this technology. If you are an Agile Practitioner with experience on tools such as Jira / Asana / Trello , then we have an exciting opportunity for you with an established and successful IoT Connectivity Provider .

They have millions of IoT connections internationally, providing truly impactful and critical IoT infrastructure and connections to their customers across the continent; from powering life-saving alarm systems, smart meters, and securing smart city applications.

This opportunity requires 3 days per week in the office near Wembley, Northwest London.

Responsibilities:

• Define & Drive Strategy: Lead the development of product strategy and roadmap, aligned with our bold vision for a connected future.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights to uncover opportunities and guide innovation.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to bring impactful features and enhancements to life.
• User Experience Focus: Deeply understand user needs and behavior to optimise the customer journey and create seamless, intuitive experiences.
• Go-to-Market Execution: Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to craft and execute adoption strategies that resonate.
• Performance Monitoring: Track product performance, user engagement, and market trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic evolution.
• Industry Advocacy: Champion our CMP in customer meetings, industry events, and analyst briefings—building relationships and creating champions for our platform.

Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Technical Leadership: Experience leading products that integrate both hardware and software, ideally in M2M, IoT, Telecommunications, or Managed Services.
• Telecom Expertise: Solid understanding of the UK and global telecom landscape, with deep knowledge of 2G–5G networks, SIM, eSIM, and iSIM technologies.
• IoT Product Experience: Proven track record in developing IoT products and platforms at scale, including CMPs and connectivity solutions.
• SaaS & Data Savvy: Familiar with SaaS business models, data platforms, and visualisation tools—balancing simplicity with technical complexity across a product suite.
• Strategic Mindset: Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to synthesise complex inputs into actionable strategy.
• Collaborative Leadership: An inspiring communicator and team player who can align diverse stakeholders around a common vision.
• Industry Awareness: Well-versed in the IoT ecosystem, with a pulse on emerging trends and technologies.
• Agile Practitioner: Comfortable with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
