A Product Manager opportunity for a growing SaaS business offering \’tech for good\’ software solutions and products. The Product Manager will play a key role in a dedicated Digital product team, focused on delivering a greenfield product and improving product functionality and user experience (B2C).

The company offers flexible hybrid working options with 3-4 days WFH each week and modern offices in Berkshire.

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in designing the Product strategy and roadmap
  • Lead the associated product team across the full lifecycle
  • Promote positive user experience and feature utilization
  • Liaise with the marketing teams in designing the Product go-to-market strategy
  • Work closely with the internal Tech teams, 3rd party vendors, and Senior stakeholders

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in leading the delivery of SaaS products
  • Experience of gathering requirements from Tech and non-tech stakeholders
  • Experience working in Agile teams and following relevant processes (SCRUM, Kanban)
  • Data-driven approach to decision making
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
