We’re looking for a Junior Social Media Manager (Extreme Sports) to join our growing and talented team. The ideal candidate should live and breathe extreme sports (or be willing to dive in, fast), knows how to grow social media channels, loves creating outstanding social content, and brings fresh ideas in abundance.
We’re looking for someone early in their career, but already fluent in the language of social. A creator. A collaborator. Someone who gets what makes communities tick and can turn ideas into engaging content that cuts through.
AT A GLANCE:
Full-time contract with hybrid working.
London (3 office days per week) – must be UK-based.
Ideally 1-2+ years’ experience in social media/content roles.
Experienced-based salary between £25,000 – £29,000
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for managing client social media channels including content creation, planning, scheduling, brainstorming new creative ideas and reporting on performance.
- Copywriting and curation of social media posts for client channels.
- Community Management and engagement with audiences across social channels.
- Support with the planning of content productions from large-scale overseas productions to gritty, local stories.
- Embracing and executing on the agreed tone of voice while showing a clear understanding of the nuances and required differences across channels.
- Manage all tagged and collaboration content, communicating with different teams, athletes and stakeholders and planning into the posting schedule.
- Reporting on social performance, taking learnings into future content direction.
- Participation in regular client meetings and presenting of creative concepts.
- Work closely with our in-house Content Production Studio to write briefs for graphic design, motion animation, videography, and wider support across video editing.
WHAT YOU BRING
- A passion for extreme sports – whether you’ve worked in the scene or lived it from the sidelines.
- A creator mindset. You don’t just manage content, you help make it.
- Deep understanding of how content performs on each platform and how to make fans care.
- Experience running social channels, campaigns, or content (brand, agency, rights holder, or a side hustle).
- Confidence to speak up, pitch in, and bring fresh thinking to the table.
- A team-first attitude. You enjoy working closely with others and lifting the group.
- Sharp eye for detail, strong editorial judgement, and a love for great storytelling.
- Experience using Adobe Suite and in-app editing tools like Edit or CapCut.

- Experience working with athletes, creators or influencers.
- Agency background or experience in culture-first industries.

- Additional skills in video productions or editing.
