Our client is a top 150 food & drink supplier in the UK and holds high growth aspirations, with a portfolio of iconic household name products. They are seeking an agile and ambitious Brand Manager to shape the future of their portfolio.

The Role: As Brand Manager, you’ll have a high level of exposure, autonomy and the opportunity to make an impact! You'll have full responsibility for activation of their no.1 brand plan. You will also have opportunities to strongly input and influence the planning process and strategic development of the brand. Given the local nature of this brand, you will have a key role in maximising the long-term equity and profitability of the Brand and will be required to work cross-functionally on all growth initiatives. You’ll manage a c£3m marketing budget and they also have some exciting NPD later this year.

What We’re Looking For: We are seeking an ambitious and commercially astute individual with:

  • FMCG Marketing Experience: 1-3 years’ experience, ideally at BM within the FMCG space, with experience in NPD and communications.
  • Commercial Acumen: A strong understanding of how to drive brand growth through innovative and strategic initiatives.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive and results-oriented mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
