Talent Hub are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who is ‘tapped into culture' to join this dynamic brand and rapidly growing marketing team. You will drive customer relevancy, awareness and loyalty through developing and delivering strategy. This is a brand campaign focused role from writing the creative concept brief through to creative delivery.
Key responsibilities for the Brand Marketing Manager include:
- Planning and delivery of global multichannel campaigns, from writing the creative concept brief through to creative delivery.
- Devise and execute impactful media plans, working closely with the senior team on strategic direction and delivery.
- Understand consumer and market trends and compile research to inform strategic thinking and brief writing.
- Report on the success of campaigns to take key learnings and share with the broader organisation.
- Lynchpin between multiple departments, working closely with cross-functional teams including the in-house creative team, International / regional Markets, PR, Social Media, Digital and Retail experience, as well as external agencies.
- Collaborate with channel owners to activate campaigns and explore new ways to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure consistency of Brand positioning, identity and messaging across all channels.
What you will need for this Brand Marketing Manager job:
- At least 5 years success in a Brand marketing role within retail, FMCG or health/beauty sectors, with a multichannel campaign reach.
- Experience of working for a complex or global organisation with excellent organisation and stakeholder management experience.
- Complex campaign and project management experience.
- Experience of Google Analytics and brand campaign performance.
