About the Role: At Crayola, we’re passionate about creating moments of joy and creativity for families everywhere. As Brand Activation Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our brand shines - both in-store and online - across the UK market. You’ll lead the development and delivery of engaging omnichannel activation programmes that connect with shoppers and bring our brand to life. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of activation strategies, collaborate closely with retail and agency partners, and make a real impact on brand visibility. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and delivery of in-store and online brand activations, ensuring alignment with business priorities and budgets.
- Develop physical and digital point-of-sale (POS) materials, working with our North American colleagues to adapt global assets for the UK market.
- Collaborate with the UK Sales and Category teams to design tailored activations for key customers as well as national campaigns.
- Build strong, positive relationships with retailer teams, shopper agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage the booking and execution of in-store and online media, ensuring effective use of resources and excellent execution.
- Support the definition of KPIs and contribute to ROI modelling to monitor and optimise campaign effectiveness.
- Stay ahead of shopper trends and activation innovations, bringing fresh, forward-thinking ideas to our UK team.
- Track and manage budgets, ensuring accurate PO records and timely reporting.
- Capture and share competitor activity and key learnings to inform future plans.
