As our Brand Activation Manager, you will lead the front-end/internal deployment of all Shopper Marketing Campaigns and ensure they are delivered to the customer-facing teams in a consistent, simple, and efficient manner. This role focuses on leading a best-in-class end-to-end execution process and materials to deliver commercial and brand growth for Suntory GB&I, enabling our customer-facing teams to be ‘Gemba centric’.
You will develop shopper toolkits for all campaigns, providing internal and external stakeholders with the right level of information and insight. You will support the creation of marketing-leading brand and commercial plans and help deliver our growth agenda. Ensuring seamless brand communication to our external-facing sales team is also key. Additionally, you will oversee the short-term (6-month) execution process, ensuring clear and concise communication across the business.
You will collaborate across functions such as Marketing, Sales, Category, CS&P, and Ted, influencing stakeholders at various levels to optimize plans and execute superbly in-market. The role requires translating trends, insights, and market activity into actionable campaigns.
This is a strategic, non-customer-facing role that enables team members to be ‘Gemba centric’ by fostering collaborative relationships with agency partners, ensuring flawless execution tracking, managing internal sign-offs, and aligning with customer needs. The individual must think multifacetedly, integrating commercial, brand, and customer perspectives to provide well-rounded recommendations.
YOUR ROLE
- Lead the creative development and management of shopper marketing campaigns across the drinks portfolio, including Lucozade Energy, Sport, and Ribena.
- Build strategic, customer-centric execution toolkits for all campaigns and internal processes.
- Develop and implement an end-to-end shopper marketing execution process that feeds into the commercial cycle.
- Oversee tracking and evaluation of each activation, maintaining the master scorecard and providing insights for future campaigns.
- Create and lead the brand communication platform to ensure effective information flow to the sales team, providing them with top-tier external content.
- Maintain effective relationships with shopper marketing agencies and brand partners.
- Gather and share best-in-class insights from agencies, suppliers, and retailers.
- Translate brand, consumer, and shopper insights into activation strategies.
- Review all point-of-sale materials, exploring new technologies and innovations.
- Support the execution of test & learn initiatives.
