Summary

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and delivery of patient medication change programs.
- Investigate and advise GP practices on additional prescribing actions for cost-effective practices.
- Analyze and interpret complex ePACT2 prescribing data, generating reports for medicines optimization.
- Participate in the development and implementation of ICB medicines optimization policies and guidelines.
- Provide advice, support, and training to colleagues for assessing and improving prescribing processes.
- Act as an antimicrobial guardian to reduce inappropriate prescribing.
